Description
Migrates the three custom modules used by the
snpclusteringsubworkflow to topic channels:custom/pcaclusteringcustom/clustermetricscustom/clustervisualizationThese modules use the
templatedirective, so they keep generatingversions.ymland emit it withtopic: versions(the recommended transitional style).This allows the
snpclusteringsubworkflow PR (#11879) to remain clean and avoid needing a second update after these modules are migrated.Related PR
