feat(tui): present Braid as a real product

Summary

• Rebuilds the README around the product: one AgentProfile routed through Pi, Codex, Kimi Code, OpenCode, CLI Bridge, Tangle inference, or a Tangle sandbox.
• Adds a repeatable GIF captured from the packed Braid binary, showing the Release engineer AgentProfile, Pi runner, Luna model, Local CLI Bridge, normalized activity, and cited /ask analysis.
• Keeps the demo honest: only provider output is repeatable fixture data; the install, terminal, keyboard input, profile routing, event projection, and analysis UI are production code.
• Fixes terminal detail states, capability-aware slash completion, visual-fixture isolation, and a live SQLite descriptor-close race that reproduced as SIGBUS.

Proof

• pnpm check: 496 tests, 494 passed, 0 failed, 2 credential-dependent skips.
• Formatting, lint, strict types, 406-module dependency boundaries with 0 cycles, attribution, licenses, CLI Bridge adversarial matrix, and release contract passed.
• SQLite coordination: 27 of 27 checks passed; 60 of 60 additional concurrent process pairs passed after the fix.
• Product media: 1175×426 GIF with 88 frames plus a 1175×426 static screenshot, both captured from the installed tarball.
