docs(wallet-security): add dry-run recovery check and update contributors

What does this PR change?

Overview

• Adds an explicit dry-run backup and passphrase verification check under Initial Setup in wallet-security/intermediates-and-medium-funds.mdx.
• Adds contributor details to contributors.json.

Rationale

While many hardware wallets provide recovery test tools (e.g., Ledger's Recovery Check or Trezor's Backup Check), dry-run verification and passphrase validation are rarely enforced by default. Adding this guidance ensures users verify seed accuracy and passphrase derivation prior to transferring assets or enrolling the wallet into a protocol multisig.

Tagging @DicksonWu654 since they originally authored this part, and I'm adding to it and @pinalikefruit to review the change.

• Contributors Config: Updated docs/pages/config/contributors.json with contributor info.
