The README did not say what the action leaves to you, and the quick start had no PHP setup.
It now states up front that the action installs the Playwright npm package and browser binaries, not PHP, Composer, or Playwright PHP. Adds a full workflow, examples for the outputs and
with-deps, and a note on pinningplaywright-version.
