- SCP-7202 is a mysterious dental condition that causes gums to grow aggressively, becoming hard, sensitive, and prone to bleeding, eventually displacing teeth and obstructing jaw movement. It initially appeared at a specific Foundation facility, Site-5331D, and affects anyone who spends time there, including personnel and contained creatures. The condition is contagious, spreading to new facilities if affected individuals are moved, though symptoms in newly exposed individuals resolve if the carrier is removed. Since it cannot be cured, those afflicted must use a specialized device called an Oral Wellness Naturalizer (OWN) daily to trim the excess gum tissue, with surgical intervention also available.
