s2i-openstack-deploy-validation still patches OpenStackVersion with built s2i images. Omit neutronAPIImage, edpmNeutronMetadataAgentImage, and mariadbImage (MariaDB/Galera) until operators adopt eventless master images so payload defaults remain. Same skip approach as neutron-operator DNM 684, extended to MariaDB/Galera. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
