Removes the inline
--tokenusage as per latest recommendation at https://github.com/microsoft/winget-create/blob/main/doc/token.md#usageSwitches to the use of environment variable instead.
Somewhat subjective, but I also switch to use
curlinstead of PowershellInvoke-WebRequestfor speed
