npm startand verified thatREADME.mdis up to date.mainbranch for this pull request.Description
Adds a
gh-attachskill for uploading and downloading GitHub user-attachments from the command line, so an agent can attach a screenshot or file to a PR, issue, or comment and download attachment URLs.GitHub has no public API for user-attachments and no existing skill covers this. The produced
github.com/user-attachmentsURLs auto-render (image, video, file) and inherit the repository's visibility, so private-repo uploads stay private. GitHub Enterprise Server is supported.Type of Contribution
Additional Notes
Single-file skill (
skills/gh-attach/SKILL.md, no bundled assets), so its assets column isNone.Disclosure: this skill wraps
gh-attach, a free and open-source (MIT)ghCLI extension maintained by the PR author.Validation performed instead of an interactive GitHub Copilot session:
npm run skill:validatepasses (all 396 skills valid).npx @microsoft/vally-cli lint skills/gh-attachpasses 2/2 checks (spec-compliance, valid-refs).npm startregenerateddocs/README.skills.md; the row is inserted alphabetically and a second build produces no further diff.By submitting this pull request, I confirm that my contribution abides by the Code of Conduct and will be licensed under the MIT License.
