Why
EAS Simulator can reuse dotenv values and mode settings from a parent process, which can make it load the wrong env files.
How
I updated EAS Simulator to remove inherited dotenv values and load the project and simulator env files in
developmentmode.Test Plan
Tests and package checks pass.
