docs: add Rootly incident management integration page - #2322

Adds the cloud/integrations/alerts/rootly guide (Generic Webhook Alert Source setup, field mapping, auto-resolution, routing) mirroring the incident.io integration doc, and registers it in the nav and alerts destination cards. Screenshots are placeholder images pending real captures of the Rootly and Elementary UI. Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>

Replace placeholder screenshots with real ones, use the actual Rootly brand mark instead of a hand-drawn approximation, and drop the field mapping screenshot section (redundant with the tables already in the doc). Co-authored-by: Cursor <cursoragent@cursor.com>
