Spell out that --gpus is per Docker Engine host, not multi-node Swarm scheduling, and point at generic resources for services. Fixes docker#25685 Signed-off-by: Dean Chen <862469039@qq.com>

The GPU page said "systems running a single engine" without explaining what that means.
Reworded it:
--gpusis for one Docker Engine on a host (not multi-node Swarm scheduling), and multiple containers on that engine can still use GPUs. Pointed Swarm users at generic resources for service placement.Fixes #25685
