Complete the Ukrainian (uk-UA) localization. All previously untranslated keys now have Ukrainian translations, covering the SSO configuration wizard (`configureSSO`), billing, checkout and pricing, organization and user profile billing pages, API keys, reverification, the MFA setup and password reset tasks, OAuth consent, passkeys, sign-in/sign-up flows, and error messages.
