Cuts v0.2.6 so the signature-coverage fix in #32 reaches consumers.

release.yml triggers on rockspec/** and reads the head commit for ^feat: release v, so this ships on its own rather than alongside the fix. Keep the squash title as it stands or the tag and the luarocks upload will not happen.
