The star history chart embedded in README.md and README_zh.md is no longer rendered correctly due to the GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Switch the chart links and the image endpoint to a working star history service so the chart displays again for alibaba/AliSQL.

The star history charts in README.md and README_zh.md are currently broken because the underlying stargazer data no longer renders as expected.
Update both files to point the chart and its image to a working service so the star history for alibaba/AliSQL displays correctly again. The wrapping links keep the same hash parameters, and the image continues to use the /svg endpoint.
