I did two things:
I moved ledger-databases doc into docs/extensions/ledger-databases.md. And I brought it up to date with the current state of the actual ledger-databases repo README.
I added this note about konf and environ variables because I think it's worth mentioning. I put it in that file as it's mostly applicable when secrets are in play.
P.S. Sorry my computer might have messed with line-endings in touched files, it shows the correct diff in the "rich diff". But I can prolly fix this if need be and someone thinks these changes are worth making.
