…dication benchmark/openemr/results.json oracle_adjudication records that the stricter saved-row contract rejected compiled run 20 (note left in the unsaved form; safe halt). Claims registry, template copy, workflow catalog, research page, and llms.txt now state 19/20 with the halt context instead of the weaker-oracle 20/20.

openadapt 1.14.0 published from qualified main 5de18046 (PR #1108) at 22:02 UTC today; rebuilds the launcher release record from PyPI digests and the v1.14.0 tag; re-verifies claims with network checks.

The committed artifact benchmark/openemr/results.json carries an oracle_adjudication (2026-07-28): the stricter saved-row contract rejected compiled run 20 because the note stayed in the unsaved form — a safe halt, not a wrong write. Site copy still repeated the weaker original-oracle 20/20. This corrects templates, catalog, research page, claims registry comment, and llms.txt to 19/20 with halt context. Tests 205/205; build green.
