- Moved navigation away from sidebar to the top of the page so it is accessible from homepage via dropdown menus - this allows people to start looking at specific content more quickly which should allow us to declutter the homepage in the future.
- Also added a carousel on home page which explains most of the ways people can contribute (feel free to suggest more)
- The sidebar is now used for navigating between sections on one page. this works well for the github guide as is it quite long. This will also be used for the monthly status update page once that is done

loadScript() treated an existing <script src=...> tag as proof the script had finished loading. Under React Strict Mode's dev-only mount/unmount/ remount cycle, the remount's call sees the tag from the first mount already in the DOM and resolves immediately, racing ahead to call .graphviz() before d3-graphviz has actually finished executing - causing "window.d3.select(...).graphviz is not a function". Cache the load promise itself so repeat calls await the same real completion.
