conduition pq_work_volume bump (4→5) is scoped correctly — urgency_score untouched, so no score_distribution change needed since that field only buckets by urgency. Summary rewrite accurately reflects the July 2026 knowledge-asymmetry/UTXO-recovery taxonomy source, new source URL added without dropping prior citations. data.json/public/data.json parity holds. Approved.

Conduition contributed two substantive technical reviews that introduce a knowledge-asymmetry framework for post-Q-day UTXO recovery. The analysis distinguishes recoverable from unrecoverable outputs, covers BIP32 parent secrets, hashed-address preimages, and P2TR internal keys, and separates the policy question of which knowledge asymmetries to accept from the engineering choice between ZKPs and commit/reveal.
This supports a one-step work-volume increase without overstating urgency or activation advocacy.
