What Does This Do

This PR updates the Gradle dependency locks for common and product modules.

Motivation

Refresh Gradle dependencies to make sure to apply the latest version available when bumping dependencies.

More details

The lockfile refresh changes SpotBugs tooling and aligns the stale libsqreen lock entry with the version already declared by the AppSec module; no production source or runtime dependency declaration changed. Representative core, metrics, and remote-config compilation passed, while test and SpotBugs execution were limited by missing offline-cached artifacts.
