…ality - Add vitality score and vitality_reasoning to commons_assessment YAML - Add Section 8: Vitality - The Quality Without a Name - Enrich existing sections 1-7 with vitality-aware language - Covers all 41 child patterns + parent Commons Blueprint Zero content loss: every pattern's line count increased (avg +9 lines). Git shows 966 'deletions' because rephrased lines count as delete+insert, but no bullet points, examples, or factual claims were removed.

This PR upgrades all 42 Commons Blueprint patterns (41 children + parent) to template v7.1, adding the Vitality dimension as proposed in the v7.1 amendment.
