Updated Learning Path to make abbreviation definition consistent (as well as other minor style, structure etc updates). Tweaked some titles and subheads. Added descriptions, summary, FAQs.
Updated some subheads in the install guide and linked from install guide to a search query for LLVM Learning Paths under "next steps". Made the wording of a couple "install from source" steps a bit less BOLT-specific wherever possible
