Enhancement: Replace footer social media text links with monochrome icons

The footer currently displays social media links as text:

GitHub · X · Instagram · LinkedIn · YouTube

I suggest replacing these text labels with their respective monochrome social media icons/logos.

Proposed Improvement

Update the "Connect & follow" section in the footer to use clean, consistent monochrome icons for:

• GitHub
• X
• Instagram
• LinkedIn
• YouTube

The existing links and their destinations can remain unchanged. This enhancement would only improve the visual presentation of the social media links.

Why This Improvement?

Using recognizable social media icons instead of text labels could:

• Create a cleaner and more modern footer UI
• Improve the visual hierarchy of the footer
• Make social platforms instantly recognizable
• Reduce unnecessary text in the footer
• Make better use of the available horizontal space
• Maintain the existing minimalist design aesthetic
• Provide a more consistent visual treatment across the social links

Accessibility

Accessibility should be preserved by providing appropriate aria-label attributes for each icon and, where appropriate, tooltips so users can identify each social platform.
