Rework MetaMCP namespaces for Zed, development, and Plane

Remove Todoist from MetaMCP, and expose Plane through development, zed, hardware, core, and homelab namespaces. Keep the change limited to namespace/server mappings and cleanup of obsolete Todoist registration.
