Support for a wider list of emoticons, at least the Github ones ?

In Attlasian it is possible to add a wide range of emoticons, and also to create our owns.

Is it possible to make the page so that it resolves emoticons labels just the same way as the web UI does ?

For exemple I woud like to use the Github 🚧 :construction: emoticon

Or another kind of example is when I manualy load a rabbitmq logo image and want to display it with the :rabbitmq: tag
