goose's AGENTS.md is good — it could be BETTER

goose's root AGENTS.md is good — setup, commands, Never rules, entry points. Agents and humans can actually use it.

It could be BETTER — same discipline as keeping any AGENTS.md true when the tree moves: every structural claim should match the repo (the bar AAIF has been amplifying for AGENTS.md work, e.g. this foundation post).

One concrete gap on goose today:

Structure lists 6 crates. Live crates/ has 12.

Agents that treat the tree as complete miss providers, local inference, and the SDK layer.

Suggestion: refresh Structure (and optionally note ui/text/) so the map matches the tree. Small docs-only step toward BETTER — no behaviour change.
