LEGAL NOTICE

Effective upon use of this software

This repository contains automation workflows and scripts that can perform actions on platforms such as LinkedIn using your personal account credentials and browser session. By running any workflow or script in this repository, you acknowledge and accept the following.

1. Platform Automation May Violate Terms of Service

Many platforms — including LinkedIn — explicitly prohibit automated access in their Terms of Service. LinkedIn's User Agreement (Section 8.2 and related policies) prohibits:

  • Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated means to access the service, send messages, add connections, visit profiles, or perform other actions
  • Developing, supporting, or using unauthorized automated methods for any activity on the platform

Running any automation against such platforms may violate their Terms of Service. Consequences can include:

  • Temporary or permanent restriction, suspension, or ban of your account
  • Loss of connections, messages, data, or access to the platform
  • In extreme cases, legal action from the platform against users

There is no guaranteed "safe" level of automation. Even low-volume use carries risk. Review the current Terms of Service of any platform you automate before doing so.

2. This Is a Local Tool — You Are Responsible

This repository provides scripts and workflow templates. It does not run as a hosted service, does not collect your credentials, and does not perform any actions on your behalf without you explicitly running the code on your own machine.

All actions taken by these scripts are taken as you, using your credentials, from your device. You:

  • Retain full control over what runs and when
  • Bear full responsibility for any consequences of running these scripts
  • Are solely accountable for compliance with applicable laws and platform terms

3. No Warranty — Use at Your Own Risk

This software is provided AS IS, without any warranties of any kind (express or implied), including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that it will not cause harm to your accounts or data.

The maintainer(s):

  • Do not guarantee any results from using these scripts
  • Are not responsible for any account bans, lost business, legal consequences, or other damages
  • Recommend you review the current Terms of Service and automation policies of any platform before use

4. Your Responsibility

By downloading, cloning, or running any code in this repository, you:

  • Confirm you are of legal age and have authority to accept these terms
  • Agree to use these tools only in compliance with all applicable laws (including data protection and privacy laws such as GDPR where relevant)
  • Accept full responsibility for any consequences of automation on your accounts
  • Understand that the maintainer(s) have no visibility into or control over how you use these scripts

If you do not agree with any part of this notice, do not use any automation scripts in this repository.
