Support LaTeX macros by the LaTeX Math plugin of Narva Software

Our pages use the default LaTex macros for inserting LaTex equations (https://help.narva.net/latex-math-for-confluence/math-formula-equations-in-confluence). These are not getting properly converted, and instead the md version shows an empty table, eg:
