1. Bug Report: Keys disappear when resizing in Floating Mode
Describe the bug
In Floating Mode, when I try to resize the keyboard to make it bigger or smaller, all the keys shift to one side and then disappear. The keyboard frame resizes, but the keys do not reposition correctly inside it.
Screen short:
To Reproduce
- Enable
Floating Mode in LeanType keyboard
- Long press and drag the resize handle to make the keyboard smaller or bigger
- See the keys shift to the edge and vanish
Expected behavior
Keys should scale and stay centered inside the keyboard frame while resizing, like other keyboards.

2. Feature Request: Better handle placement + Quick Resize from Toolbar
A. Move Handle Position in Floating Mode
Right now the toggle/handle to move the floating keyboard is at the top.
I compared it with FlorisBoardhttps://apt.izzysoft.de/packages/dev.patrickgold.florisboard.beta`. In FlorisBoard the move handle is at the bottom.
Having the handle at the bottom is much more convenient because your thumb is already there while typing. Requesting to add an option to place the move handle at the bottom.
Video shows both positions for comparison.
B. Add Quick Resize option to the Toolbar
Most keyboards have a quick resize button. Right now in LeanType we have to long press to resize.
In FlorisBoard they put the resize button directly in the toolbar. This makes it super fast and easy for users to adjust keyboard size on the fly.
Since FlorisBoard is open source, the implementation can be referenced from there.
Requesting to add a "Resize" button in the toolbar for 1-tap resize.
Why this is useful
- Bottom handle = Better one-hand usability
- Toolbar resize = Faster adjustment without entering settings
Thanks for the great work on this open source keyboard! Hope these 2 small changes can make floating mode much better.
