Bug Description

nanobot will not send audio message on whatsapp. it does receive them.

Steps to Reproduce

install current version of nanobot. ask it too send you any audio file.

Expected Behavior

audio file is received.

Thanks for reporting this. I traced the outbound audio path in v0.3.0:

• nanobot correctly dispatches audio/* media to Neonize's send_audio().
• Inside Neonize, the media bytes are read and uploaded before ffprobe is called.
• The reported tags field: 'NoneType' object is not iterable message is emitted when ffprobe omits the optional format.tags field. Neonize catches that conversion error and continues; tags is not used to build or send the audio message.

Therefore, that warning alone should not stop delivery and is probably a red herring. Reaching it also suggests that reading and uploading the file already succeeded. The remaining failure is likely around audio metadata/MIME construction, send_message(), or WhatsApp delivery.

Could you please provide:

1. The exact failing audio file, or at least its extension/container/codec and this output:

   ffprobe -v error -show_format -show_streams -of json /path/to/audio

2. The complete log/traceback from the outbound send attempt, including everything after the warning.

3. The installed Neonize version (python -m pip show neonize).

4. Whether both a known-good MP3 and an OGG/Opus file fail.

With those details we can distinguish a nanobot wrapper issue from a Neonize/WhatsApp format or delivery problem.

I've removed identifying information only. Effectively coqui-tts has produced the audio file. Ive then 'ffmpeg -i test.mpeg test.wav' to produce the requested output formats.

if i use whatsapp to record the audio and then ask nanobot to send the audio file back to me, it has the same problem, regardless of formatting.

I tried a very old mp3 and successfully received it (8meg). Excuse me but id prefer not too attach it in case of (c).
