Promotion pending

Production is now 2026.07.04 but the macOS dropdown still marks 2025.06.24 stable.
Once engine-macos-arm64-2026.07.04 is built and determinism-tested, relabel the darwin setups in BYAR-Chobby dist_cfg/config.json ("2026.07.04" -> stable / default).
